Extra fine Yabukita sencha and kabuse meet in this masterful blend that is more than the sum of its parts. The rich, seemingly bottomless sweetness of shade grown tea is present but in a significantly more tranquil fashion. It is as though the gentile touch of sencha allowed the flavor of kabuse to fully blossom. Delicate and without a trace of bitterness, this is a quintessential example of Uji tea and why it’s so easy to appreciate.
