Q. Calorie Content?
A. Our loose teas, Teas' Tea Unsweetened, ITO EN Shot, and Oi Ocha lines of bottled drinks contain no calories. The Teas' Tea Low Calorie and Teas' Tea Half & Half lines contain approximately 40-50 calories per serving.  Our Teas' Tea Classic and Teas' Tea Latte lines have approximately 70-90 calories per serving, depending on the variety.  

Q. What is the shelf-life of the Teas' Tea product line?
A. For maximum quality and taste, please consume within 15-18 months of the production date printed on the bottle.

Q. Are the products organic?
A. No, our products are not organic.

A. Once opened, Teas' Tea will remain fresh 1-2 days unrefrigerated and up to a week refrigerated.

A. We use UPS for all direct-to-consumer ground and air deliveries.

Q. When will my credit card be billed?
A. Your credit card is "authorized" at the time the order is placed. We do not bill the credit card until the order is shipped.

Q. Is my order taxable?
A. We are required by law to collect sales tax in those states where we maintain a business presence. Sales tax will be added to taxable items being shipped to New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Washington, Florida, Virginia and California.

A. We use a secure server (SSL) to encrypt all of your personal information and implement strong security measures to prevent the loss, misuse and alteration of your information once it is in our database.

A. Orders are shipped from either our distribution center in Philadelphia or our corporate office in Brooklyn. UPS Ground shipments generally take from 3-7 business days (based on non-holiday periods).
